We reload, recondition and/or replace depending on the need of unit.

Depening on evaluation and analysis the repair could rusult in one of the 4 levels of service.

Level #1 Precison Lapp Polish Replace All Ball Bearings With Grade 25 Chrome Steel Balls & Re-Set Preload.

Level #2 Regrind Screw & Nut Replace Ball Bearings Reset Preload.

Level #3 Regrind Screw & Remanufacture New Nut Assembly.

Level #4 Completely Re-manufacture A New Ballscrew & Nut Assembly

All Repairs Performed Will Have A Full 2-Year Service Warranty All Screws That Are Manufactured Will Also Have A Full 2-Year Service Warranty.
