No drawings? No problem! Our customers frequently provide us with nothing more than an existing part. Our highly skilled engineers take measurements and observations from that part using the most sophisticated video inspection techniques available. They then translate those observations into extremely accurate CAD files. We specialize in production of individual assemblies and shorter production runs, including meeting challenging specifications. Our facility is equipped to produce: |

- Ball nuts up to 24-inch diameter x 30-inch length ground with XLO-50 internal thread grinding machine
- High-durability systems with IBR exclusive-design internal return system, created with specially modified EDM equipment
- Ball screws up to 14-inch diameter x 20-foot length ground with XLO-120 thread grinding machine
- Tolerances of ± .0001 of an inch met with high-precision grinding equipment
- In-process inspection, final inspection, blueprinting and reverse engineering with Platinum FaroArm® coordinate measuring machine, which is portable for convenient use at customer locations
